Mailbox Provider

We act as an intermediary to facilitate your storage or workshop requirements, a removals
firm, and a provider of private mailbox services.

• Third-Party Facilities: We do not own the physical
  premises from which our storage, workshops or mailbox services are
  operated. We lease specific units within third-party facilities to house
  mailboxes and facilitate storage.
• Service Instructions: By instructing us to
  provide a quote or perform a service, you acknowledge our role as an agent
  or service provider operating within these third-party environments. 

3. Private Mailbox Service Restrictions

In accordance with our service contracts and our lease agreements with facility
owners:

• Permitted Use: The mailbox address is
  provided solely for the delivery of parcels and letters.
• Prohibited Use: Customers are strictly
  prohibited from using the mailbox address as a Registered Office
  Address for a business or as a Residential Address.
• Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to
  disclose customer information to the facility owner or relevant
  authorities if the address is used in violation of these terms or for any
  fraudulent activity.

We collect and process the following:

• Identity Verification: Government-issued ID and
  proof of address (required for mailbox service compliance).
• Contact & Logistics: Name, billing address,
  phone number, and email.
• Service Data: Inventory lists for
  removals/storage and parcel tracking/log data for mailbox services.

We collect data directly from you via phone, email, or our website. Our lawful bases for

  facility becomes an independent Data Controller. True Vine Storage &
  Rentals LTD accepts no liability for data breaches occurring within
  third-party systems.
• Professional Services: We share data
  with legal firms (for advice or debt recovery), accounting
  firms (for billing), removal contractors, and IT and Software
  Providers: Including providers of our booking systems, cloud storage,
  and email hosting.

  encrypted cloud drives (predominantly Microsoft 365/Google Drive/Docusign).
• International Transfers: We rely on the UK
