I cannot speak highly enough of Charlie & the True Vine Removal team! From the initial communication to the final item being unloaded, they were absolutely incredible. We had a particularly challenging move that involved transporting all of our heavy furniture, including bulky items like a tumble dryer and a large freezer, up five flights of stairs in our new building. This task felt impossible to us, but the crew tackled it with impressive efficiency and absolutely zero complaints. They worked incredibly hard, maintained highly professional and polite attitudes throughout the entire process, and treated our belongings with the complete care. They completed the entire move without a single scratch to any of our items or damage to either property. Despite the intense physical effort required, the final price was very fair. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. If you need movers who are professional, hardworking, and genuinely fantastic at their job, I highly recommend them. They turned a what would have been a highly stressful day into a seamless experience!
